一、YK系列振动筛介绍
YK系列自定心无级变幅振动始是我公司引进德国先进技术, 结合国内行业的实际情況开发的新一代专利产品。主要适用于采石场、矿山、建材工业等行业。
本产品在启动、停机时平稳,在生产过程中,可根据物料流量大小自动调整激振力和振幅大小,从而大大減少了一般国产筛容易出现的物料堵筛的现象,是对石料、矿石等碎状物料分级的一种高效率筛分机械 。
该振动筛的运动由电机通过三角带驱动具有偏心装置的振动器, 而使筛箱产生振动, 筛箱的运动轨迹为圆形。振动筛由筛箱、振动器、弹簧振动装置和支承底架等组成。 筛箱采用优质合金钢板由高强螺栓连接,组成框架式结构,振动器采用无级变幅式式偏心机构,弹簧振动装置采用优质螺旋弹簧。
二、性能特点
1.启动、停机很平稳
采用德国先进的vibrating technology自定心激振技术,激振器产生的激振频率无时无刻都与筛箱产生的固有频率相位相反, 重合叠加后的频率为零,克服共振现象,运行启动、停机很平稳,运行噪音低。 2.筛箱不开裂、耐磨、寿命长
激振器根据筛箱自身重量产生激振频率, 大小与筛箱国有频率相等、相位相反,不会因共振产生筛箱爆裂现象, 筛箱采用优质合金钢板, 且由高强度螺栓连接,更加耐磨,寿命更长。
3.有效功率转化好,降低功耗、 节能环保
根据功率恒定设计原理,空载时,负荷小,有效输出功率小,电流小;落料时,负荷大,有效输出功率大。有效功率转化好,降低功耗、节能环保。
4.无级变幅
随着物料多少,负荷不断的改变, 筛箱固有频率也在变化,激振力和振幅随着变化。
5.不堵筛网
激振力的不断变化,克服了物料与筛网之间的摩擦阻力,有效的防止物料堵筛的现象。大大提高设备的运行时间,減少人工成本。
6. 筛分效率高
筛子无级变幅的振动效果,最大程度的提升了筛子的筛分效率,特别在细料级物料筛分中更明显, 比普通筛子高20%以上。
7.高水准的密封效果
采用双重迷宫式密封,密封效果好,大大延期加油周期,降低了人工成本、润滑油成本。
